A Typical Day You lead flagship enterprise software implementations while building the standard that scales delivery. You meet with executive stakeholders, turn ambiguous goals into a clear plan, then drive requirements and execution holistically: solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. You write, run, and fix—not just supervise—so the country’s largest mortgage servicers can enjoy the benefits of the world’s most advanced and proven mortgage servicing platform. The SVP, Software Implementation will: Own end‑to‑end enterprise implementations. Run discovery through hypercare with disciplined scope, clear milestones, and exit criteria Act as a player‑coach on priority accounts. Personally lead critical workstreams while mentoring resources and setting the bar for execution Build the playbook. Formalize stage gates, templates, runbooks, and change‑control practices that make delivery repeatable Install rigorous program governance. Stand up steering cadence, decision logs, status reporting, and transparent go/no‑go reviews. Build the assets and rituals that make stellar execution automatic Translate requirements into testable designs. Produce solution designs, acceptance criteria, and release plans in tight partnership with Product and Engineering Lead integrations and data migration at scale. Partner with technical leads to define architectures, mappings, validation, cutover, and reconciliation while meeting security, compliance, and performance needs Manage schedule, budget, and quality. Control the critical path, protect margins via SOWs and change orders, and hold SLAs on defect leakage and stability Communicate with and influence executives. Surface trade‑offs early, present options and implications, and secure timely decisions inside Plaisse and with clients Manage partners to accountable execution. Hold client working teams accountable to deliverables and deadlines with rigor and discipline–all the while recognizing that this accountability needs to be delivered in a way that preserves and strengthens the client relationship Instrument and improve delivery. Track cycle time, time‑to‑value, CSAT, and incident rates; run retrospectives and ship the fixes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. MBA or relevant advanced study is a plus but not required
  • 8+ years in enterprise software delivery. At least 5+ years leading implementations of complex systems of record (ERP, CRM, billing, core platforms)
  • Financial services fluency is a plus. Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or mortgage servicing strengthens your fit
  • Proven player‑coach track record. You personally led multiple large implementations while orchestrating cross‑functional teams
  • Deep integration and data expertise. Comfortable with REST/webhooks/SFTP/event streams, SSO (SAML/OIDC/OAuth), data mapping, validation, and cutover
  • Strong program leadership and stakeholder management. Skilled with exec steering, scope negotiation, risk control, and decisive escalation
  • Tool proficiency that speeds execution. Jira/Confluence, basic SQL, and other tools of the trade
  • Clear, concise communication. You write tight status updates, keep impeccable decision logs, and run efficient meetings. You bring ALL constituents along with the appropriate level of depth and with rigorous discipline
  • Travel readiness for key milestones. You join on‑sites when governance, testing, or cutover outcomes require it

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or relevant advanced study is a plus but not required
  • Financial services fluency is a plus. Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or mortgage servicing strengthens your fit
