Requirements

15+ years of experience in business transformation, media operations, or a related field.
Experience leading product ownership, experimentation, Agile methodologies, and cross‑functional transformation.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot, Azure AI), development platforms, and emerging AI business solutions.
Strength in analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and bringing a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
Ability to communicate complex strategies clearly to executives and stakeholders.
Experience executing long‑term transformational initiatives with measurable impact.
Comfort navigating ambiguity, driving operational improvements, and leading teams through change.
Understanding of media systems, financial data structures, and decision‑making frameworks.
Strong collaboration skills to build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
