The Marketing Associate position provides an excellent opportunity to build upon initial responsibilities and grow with one of the nation's leading financial institutions. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Experience in coordinating and executing financial services marketing: branding, advertising, campaign creation, e-mail and social media marketing, events, and strategic planning
  • 5+ years of relevant corporate experience preferred
  • Previous financial background not required, but strong interest in learning the financial services industry is a must
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce marketing cloud
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
  • Assist in creating and editing marketing materials, social media content, and client communications while ensuring brand and compliance standards
  • Help manage website and social media updates, track engagement, and report on campaign performance
  • Help coordinate marketing of client events, webinars, and sponsorship activities, including logistics and follow-up
  • Maintain marketing databases to support campaign tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution
  • Provide administrative and project support to the brand team as needed
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to create and update marketing materials
  • Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
