Evotec is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SVP Head of Commercial Operations to setup and lead the development and optimization of commercial processes tools, analytics and support systems to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and customer-centric execution and overall commercial performance. This pivotal role will focus on improving sales effectiveness, streamlining business processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the commercial organization. The role will include oversight of proposal management, CRM and sales process optimization, and pipeline insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in commercial strategy, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to drive impactful change and deliver value to both internal stakeholders and clients
