About The Position

Summary: The SVP, GM AI is responsible for leading the company’s artificial intelligence business, with full accountability for strategy, product portfolio, and financial performance. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from defining the strategic roadmap through commercialization and scaling. As a member of the executive leadership team, this leader drives the integration of AI capabilities across the organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes. The role requires balancing long-term innovation with near-term execution, translating advances in AI and machine learning into practical applications that create competitive advantage. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Business & P&L Ownership Own full P&L responsibility for the AI business unit, including revenue growth, margins, and operational efficiency. Define and execute go-to-market strategies to scale AI-driven products and services. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Strategy & Vision Set the long-term AI strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends. Translate emerging AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, automation) into commercial offerings. Position the organization as a leader in AI innovation within the industry. Product & Innovation Leadership Oversee the AI product roadmap from ideation through launch and scaling. Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Ensure responsible AI practices, governance, and ethical deployment. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to drive adoption and customer value. Influence enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives. Align AI capabilities with broader digital and business strategies. Team Building & Culture Build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, data science, GTM). Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Attract and retain top AI and leadership talent. External Representation Serve as a thought leader and public face of the company’s AI initiatives. Build relationships with key partners, customers, and industry stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements. Other Job Duties and Responsibilities: Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field required.
15+ years of leadership experience, including senior executive roles.
Proven track record of owning and scaling a business unit or product line with P&L responsibility.
Deep experience in AI/ML, data platforms, or advanced analytics-driven products.
Experience commercializing AI solutions in enterprise or high-growth environments.

Nice To Haves

MBA, MS, or PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Business Administration) strongly preferred.
