About The Position

rEvolution is seeking a Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting to join our growing sports marketing agency. In this role, reporting to the Global Chief Operating & Financial Officer, you will serve as the Company’s senior finance leader, responsible for owning and shaping enterprise-wide financial strategy. You will be responsible for providing highly data-driven support and complex modeling to enable fact-based decision making. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that shape our strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of corporate FP&A experience, preferably in marketing or professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Superior analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, along with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and business intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • You foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting a growth mindset within the team and throughout the organization.
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, work well under pressure, and optimize on processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounting lifecycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and the complete month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Own the development and governance of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial strategy. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and operational priorities.
  • Design and oversee enterprise-level financial models across the business to support executive decision-making, capital allocation and long-term growth planning.
  • Develop and present enterprise financial reporting analysis for executive leadership, supporting company-wide strategic, investment, and risk decisions.
  • Effectively communicate financial performance, trends, and risks to executive leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in financial matters.
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, burn control, vendor negotiations, and company audits.
  • Lead financial strategy for M&A activity, including diligence, structuring, valuation, and post-transaction integration.
  • Continually look for reporting automation opportunities and identify key improvement areas for increased team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will help lead the Finance team’s technology evolution by leading our efforts to utilize AI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Partner with executive leadership team on ad-hoc special projects.
