About The Position

As the SVP, Delivery dedicated to a large automotive client, you will lead and inspire a team of 18+ Project Managers.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of how AI can be utilized in the creation and delivery of content campaigns.
  • Awareness of ethical and regulatory considerations when developing and executing campaigns using AI.
  • Deep understanding of production processes for digital and social channels.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and drive high performance of project management teams.

  • High level of financial acumen, with experience in managing project budgets, scopes, and timelines for content campaigns.
  • Ability to handle complex production timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to navigate challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Ultimately responsible for the smooth running of financial operations and leading the Project Management department ensuring the successful delivery of all campaign briefs.
  • Responsible for assigning and managing the project management team who are charged with executing end to end delivery of content campaigns.
  • Brief, inspire, and work alongside the team to deliver innovative and creative solutions for all campaign briefs.
  • Manage and act as a primary day-to-day senior project management contact on larger campaigns.
  • Managing and overseeing use of proprietary WPP AI tools to generate and refine content campaigns.
  • Develop and manage innovative, outcome-based scope and fee models with agency leads
  • Implement value-driven commercial models aligned with client and agency goals.
  • Drive quarterly reconciliation and reporting in partnership with the finance lead
  • Monitor and manage project financials, ensuring healthy tracking of budget and scope.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource management model for optimal talent allocation
  • Lead resource planning and management, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources across projects and problem solving resourcing issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Project Managers, fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Oversee the performance and development of the Project Management team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Allocate projects to the Project Managers, ensuring balanced workloads that align with each team member’s skill set and capacity.
  • Implement and manage efficient project management processes (including utilisation of AI where appropriate), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Oversee the end to end campaign production process.
  • Be the point of escalation for project risks and support in the identification and mitigation of risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy) to ensure cohesive execution of projects.
  • Champion continuous process improvement and integrating learnings from previous projects to improve ways of working.
  • Collaborate with senior agency leadership to refine project management best practices and contribute to the broader agency project management structure.
