Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Formal credit training; ability to understand basic cash-flow analysis using tax returns, financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and/or profit & loss statements
Previous leadership experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or applicable degree area

Responsibilities

Support the Bank’s strong relationship banking culture through ongoing customer contact and superior product knowledge.
Exercise executive and administrative control over function of the assigned offices, including participation in the budget process, implementation of area policies, and explanation of company programs and objectives.
Manage and oversee loan and deposit growth, loan yields, cost of funding, net interest margin, overhead expense, and fee income.
Lead by example, communicate vision with a passion, and maintain the focus on mission and purpose consistent with the banking model.
Develop and implement overall bank financial performance to ensure growth and profitability while maintaining safety and soundness.
Become a well-known and recognized community leader.
