About The Position

The Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is the enterprise leader accountable for protecting the organization’s digital assets, customer data, and operational resilience while enabling business strategy, innovation, and regulatory compliance. This highly visible role partners closely with executive leadership to embed cybersecurity into enterprise decision-making, establish trust with regulators and partners, and safeguard the company’s reputation, continuity, and long-term growth, serving as the primary cybersecurity authority across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive, relevant cybersecurity leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategies aligned to evolving threat landscapes and risk management frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory, privacy, and industry compliance requirements within highly regulated environments.
  • Proven capability to translate complex cyber risk into clear business impact and actionable executive-level insights.
  • Experience leading large-scale cybersecurity programs, including strategic roadmaps and investment prioritization.
  • Ability to lead crisis response efforts and make timely, high-impact decisions during significant cybersecurity incidents.
  • Strong influence, communication, and partnership skills across business, technology, and operational leaders.
  • Established track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing cybersecurity and risk management teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SANS/GIAC, GCIH, ISC², or ISACA credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives, growth priorities, and regulatory obligations.
  • Partner with executive and business leaders to embed security into enterprise business, technology, and innovation initiatives.
  • Lead cybersecurity program management, including strategic roadmaps, governance, and performance measurement.
  • Establish and oversee enterprise security policies, standards, and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Direct incident response, remediation, and executive-level communications to ensure rapid resolution and organizational resilience.
  • Lead Identity & Access Management (IAM), cyber defense, and security operations functions across the enterprise.
  • Oversee governance, risk management, compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including gaming-related obligations.
  • Provide enterprise architecture leadership to optimize the security and technology portfolio with scalable, integrated, and non-duplicative solutions.
  • Build, develop, and retain high-performing cybersecurity and risk management teams to support long-term organizational success.
