Role Summary/Purpose: Synchrony’s Auto SVP and General Manager is a Team Leader responsible for many of the Top 10 clients within the broader Auto business. A few of these Top 10 clients include Pep Boys, Mavis, Big Brand Tire, and Meineke. This critical and highly visible executive team leader will focus on delivering the broader Auto business strategy while increasing overall sales, application growth, new account volume, revenue, and net income for this Auto portfolio. Delivering profitable growth in a scalable approach is significant for this role. The SVP/GM will also evaluate business development opportunities and new adjacencies as well as develop new strategies to drive earnings accretion through greater integration into the broader auto network and SYF ACE initiatives, including Marketplace. This role reports to the SVP, Auto Leader in the Home and Auto platform and is a member of the Auto senior leadership team. Our Way of Working We’re proud to offer you flexibility. Occasionally you will be required to commute or travel for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.
