About The Position

To serve as point person for the Svoboda Center in systems administration for ongoing assessment and evaluation efforts To serve as a student leader for civic and community engagement work on campus by regularly sharing information about the Svoboda Center and other civic engagement opportunities with their peers and being a “go to” person with civic and community engagement expertise, including direct peer-to-peer support.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, track, and analyze program data about Academic Civic Engagement and Community Based Work Study, along with institutional civic and community engagement efforts
  • Coordinate data collection efforts of the other Svoboda Center Fellows
  • Synthesize data and generate written and oral reports and data visualization to share with faculty and staff
  • Represent the Svoboda Center at various students events throughout the year
  • Provide 1-1 peer advising for students interested in volunteering and service
  • Attend professional development on civic and community engagement (as schedule permits)
