As a Sustaining Engineering Manager, you will lead and oversee Engineering/Design Product and Process improvement initiatives. This position will be responsible for investigating the largest opportunities related to product design, defining and achieving alignment on product design changes to capture those opportunities by consulting with Product/Process SMEs and other key company stakeholders, planning product revision strategy, supporting design resources through change execution. Additionally, you will collaborate with Design, Operations, and Field installation and service stakeholders on Design release and revision with the aim of increasing process efficiency. You will also coordinate with key enterprise functions to ensure ERP product data quality and structure meets functional requirements.
