Requirements

Work Experience : 5 years previous experience in a manufacturing or design environment.
Education: Bachelors degree in engineering technology or related field
Computer Skills: Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, working experience in 3D Solid Model environment(s), ERP system knowledge

Responsibilities

Product Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with released products to maintain quality and performance standards.
Engineering Change Management: Manage the ECO process, updating drawings, bills of materials (BOM), and CAD files to reflect design changes.
Root Cause Analysis: Assist/Perform root cause analysis on failures and manufacturing defects to prevent recurrence.
Cost Reduction & Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost savings, component obsolescence management, and yield improvements in manufacturing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and marketing to support product changes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ROHS, CE, REACH).
Provide support to manufacturing to ensure products are fabricated and assembled based on the intended functionality of the design.
Develop and maintain procedures and processes that support business requirements.
Generate effective written and oral communication to support, execute, and document project activities
