Leader Bank Pavilion is seeking a team of Zero Waste Captains to help us take our sustainability programs to the next level. This role is the backbone and driving force for helping us become a “ zero waste venue” through sorting trash during and after shows and events into their proper categories for waste removal. This position will be partnered with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager and be part of the venue operations team. This is a seasonal, part-time position for show days. Hours per week vary depending on show schedule and business need, but Sustainability Crew Members can expect to work during shows, as well as after shows and events to assist in the sorting of trash ( approximately 6pm -1:30am, though times may vary) . This position pays $20/hour.
