The Sushi Line Cook is a skilled culinary professional dedicated to preparing sushi dishes. Working closely with the Chef and other kitchen staff, they contribute to the creation of delicious Rolls, nigiris, etc. In addition to their primary duties, Sushi Cooks assist with various tasks in the back of the house, including cleaning, to maintain a sanitary and efficient kitchen environment.
