About The Position
We are looking for a Sushi Cook to join our opening team. Set to open mid-December, Sea Monkey is designed to be the destination for nightlife in Pittsburgh. Sea Monkey is a high end club and lounge space, featuring a beautiful, high touch speakeasy. We will be operating Thursday through Saturday, when we launch.
Requirements
- Open availability on all Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
- Have previous high volume restaurant experience, sushi a plus
- Be committed to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space
- Able to work independently and proactively
