About The Position
We are looking for Line Cooks for our opening team. Set to open mid-December, Sea Monkey is designed to be the destination for nightlife in Pittsburgh. Sea Monkey is a high end club and lounge space, featuring a beautiful, high touch speakeasy. We will be operating Thursday through Saturday, when we launch. The menu will be feature Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, and focus on small bites and sea food offerings.
Requirements
- Open availability on all Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
- Have previous high volume restaurant or club experience
- Be committed to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space
- Able to work independently and proactively
