About The Position

We are hiring! AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Survey Technician to join our Henderson, NV office. Your role Depending on service supported, typical duties may include the following: Assembles contract documents and specification data, carries out field verifications, and/or research codes and ordinances, government publications, surveys, product information or other background data. Reviews and interprets field notes, right-of-way maps or other topographic data. Collects and analyzes environmental samples; enters data in computer and maintains sampling equipment. Performs mathematical calculations. Drafts base maps, site plans, construction drawings, and/or other technical drawings. Prepares graphic displays and presentation materials. Coordinates with CAD technicians, reprographics and other technical personnel. May assist technical professionals by writing preliminary reports and performing quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and man-hour estimates for projects. Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary. About you High school diploma (or equivalent) plus four years related experience OR an Associates Degree in a related technical field plus two years related experience is required. Good mathematical and analytical skills; proficiency with computer aided drafting and design programs where required. Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) plus four years related experience OR an Associates Degree in a related technical field plus two years related experience is required.
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with computer aided drafting and design programs where required.
