About The Position
Timmons Group is always accepting applications for a Survey Technician/Sr Survey Technician to join our Survey group for future opportunities. While we may not have an immediate opening, we will keep your resume and information for future opportunities. Essential duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Research of legal records Preparation of cadastral, existing conditions and subdivision maps from field and office data using AutoCAD Civil Series software Working closely and collaboration with a dynamic team of experienced professionals Quality control
Requirements
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Geography, Geospatial Information Sciences or related field or a minimum of three years of progressive survey field experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with GPS and 3D laser scanning a plus
