About The Position

As a survey research project coordinator at Gallup, you’ll help us deliver the perfect research and consulting solutions to our global customers, with a focus on Latin America. Working at one of the most respected research organizations in the world, you will support day-to-day data collection with our in-country partners across the region. Whether you’re working with vendors or communicating with internal partners, you’ll excel as you build strong relationships and collaborate to complete timely, high-quality work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
  • At least two years of experience in survey research or a related multi-country context required
  • Mastery of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word required
  • Proficiency with statistical and data management software such as R or Python required
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required; basic knowledge of Portuguese a plus
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Washington, D.C., office at least three days per week required
  • Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the survey data collection process
  • Document all steps of the process clearly and accurately
  • Ensure quality at each step in the process, monitoring and reviewing carefully to identify challenges in survey design, data collection and data quality
  • Communicate clearly and frequently to share updates, provide direction, and align stakeholders and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams and data collection vendors across Latin America and potentially other regions
