The Rotational Engineer is an entry-level engineering position for December 2025 or May 2026 graduating engineers. Rotating through each of the core business sectors of ABS, the rotational engineer will spend four months each working in engineering, survey, and technology. Through broader and more technically challenging work assignments, the incumbent will develop a thorough understanding of policies, methods, and procedures. Following the completion of each rotation, the engineer will be placed in a permanent role as either Engineer I or Surveyor I. What You Will Do (under the supervision of an experienced Engineer during the engineering rotation): The rotational program provides valuable opportunities to become immersed in three aspects of our business: Engineering (required) Survey (required) Technology or Core Business Operations (required) The combination of cross-functional work assignments and action learning projects help to develop the skills and capabilities needed to build your career path toward leadership. Program participants will receive feedback during the program in the form of evaluations at the midpoint and completion of each rotation. Rotations will be in the United States.
