  • Collaborate with project teams to align survey activities with construction schedules and project milestones.
  • Establish and maintain precise horizontal and vertical control networks using traverse, level loops, and GNSS calibration methods.
  • Build, manage, and maintain IFC models to support machine control systems and field layout activities.
  • Execute and oversee construction layout for all phases of work, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project requirements.
  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs to verify preconstruction estimates and provide accurate quantities of completed work for progress tracking and cost control.
  • Capture and deliver accurate as-built data and topographic information throughout the project lifecycle using terrestrial scanning, imaging, aerial survey techniques, and traditional ground-based methods.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of survey processes, files, and calculations.
  • Ensure secure data backups and generate detailed reports using approved survey and CAD software platforms.
  • Review and verify calculations with senior survey personnel prior to issuing layout to the field.
  • Set up, monitor, and maintain GNSS grade control systems across all project phases to support precise machine guidance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to interpret technical drawings and resolve layout challenges.
  • Deliver timely, high-accuracy survey data to support construction milestones and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and adapt surveying methods to evolving site conditions to minimize delays and rework.
  • Mentor and guide survey team members and subcontractors, reinforcing expectations around safety, quality, and professionalism.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong field presence.
