About The Position

The Survey Intelligence Coordinator supports the execution and reporting of global customer lifecycle surveys. This entry-level role is responsible for managing survey distribution tracking, monitoring response rates, maintaining accurate datasets, and assisting in the preparation of reports. This position plays a critical role in ensuring survey data is organized, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner to support business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Social Science related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in data support, reporting, marketing operations, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of data handling and reporting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work with structured processes and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor the distribution of Customer Lifecycle surveys across global markets.
  • Ensure surveys are sent according to established schedules and workflows.
  • Monitor survey response rates and follow up on distribution issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of survey deployments and participation metrics.
  • Assist with organizing, cleaning, and validating survey datasets.
  • Identify incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent data entries and correct them according to established standards.
  • Maintain data integrity and documentation processes.
  • Support the preparation of structured datasets for analysis.
  • Assist in compiling survey results into standardized reporting templates.
  • Support the creation of charts, summaries, and visualizations for leadership reports.
  • Help prepare recurring dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, formatted correctly, and delivered on time.
  • Maintain survey tracking documentation and reporting calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure survey processes run smoothly.
  • Support additional survey-related projects as assigned.
