Farnsworth Group is seeking a Survey Crew Chief in one the below posting locations. This position entails performing a wide variety of surveys in various locations. There is 80% expected travel. This is not a contract position; we are looking to fill a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to establish and develop a career in Land Surveying. Posting Locations for this role: Colorado Springs, Durango, and Greenwood Village (Denver Tech Center), CO

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
8 + years of property surveys, including ALTA and Section Line Surveys
Experience with GPS, Total Station and Data Collectors
Ability to organize field notes
Ability to read Construction Plans
Ability to execute field staking
Strong math skills
80% travel required
Valid driver's license and be insurable under company insurance
Ability to work outside in a wide variety of weather and terrain conditions
Ability to regularly lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/ or move up to 100 pounds
