About The Position

We are looking for an <Insert Job Title> to join our team. This person will report to the <insert Manager> and be responsible for <insert short summary> Essential Functions Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of the surveillance system equipment used by the surveillance department. The development of a preventive maintenance program, which ensures that the entire surveillance system is maintained in proper working order and that the covers over the cameras are cleaned in accordance with a routine maintenance schedule. The development of a contingency plan addressing a planned shutdown of the surveillance system to be utilized whenever there is an equipment failure that affects the properties monitoring room or other aspect of the surveillance system or operations. Secondary responsibilities mirror that of a Surveillance Operator.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid PA Drivers License
  • Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gaming.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on all casino surveillance equipment.
  • Maintains and is responsible for all system programming.
  • Maintains and is responsible for the repair and monitor rooms.
  • Maintains and is responsible for a spare parts inventory for CCTV repair and recording devices, cameras, and related equipment.
  • Installs and maintains all CCTV cameras, recording devices and expansion equipment throughout the property.
  • Repairs damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all Surveillance rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, and ensures strict adherence to same throughout the property.
  • Implements preventative maintenance programs designed to eliminate system failures.
  • Routinely inspects power supply and wiring to all surveillance equipment, identifying and correcting any potential problems.
  • Consults with Director of Surveillance and vendors on specific types of equipment needed for certain surveillance operations.
  • Install, remove, repair and service various closed circuit television system equipment, alarm system equipment and access control system equipment to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Coordinate timely installation of closed-circuit television system equipment, alarm system equipment and access control system equipment in coordination with repair operations
  • Operate all surveillance equipment including, but not limited to monitors, switches, computers, controllers and cameras as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures as they apply to system installation, removal, maintenance and service
  • Diagnose and repair surveillance system equipment malfunctions
  • Provide written and oral court testimony as needed
  • Maintain a proficient knowledge of all surveillance policies and procedures
