Provide and maintain a proactive surveillance operation that protects the Company's assets and licenses. Be familiar with gaming regulations, Company policies and procedures, and have working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws. Operate all Surveillance CCTV and related equipment. Accurately and confidentially observe and report all violations of law, regulations and procedures. Cooperates with other departments and other Station Casinos Surveillance Departments in protecting the assets of the company. Maintain strict confidentiality with regards to the conduct, operations, controls and procedures involving surveillance activities. Demonstrate leadership abilities, including but not limited to, coaching, training and motivating all surveillance personnel in their daily activities. Knowledge of casino games and understand all relevant aspects of each game, such as dealing procedures, counting strategies and methods of cheating. Conducts surveillance reviews or audits to confirm transactions or events.
