Under the supervision of the Surveillance Manager, the Surveillance Supervisor will be responsible for all functions of their respective shift. This includes ensuring routine training of Surveillance personnel on all policies and procedures, including Internal Controls, and generating detailed and accurate reports. The Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for the protection of company assets, administering coaching, annual evaluations, and other administrative duties. They must ensure that company operations adhere to the Gaming Compact, Santa Clara Development Corporation policies, Tribal Gaming Commission, and all applicable NIGC requirements, MICS, and ICS. The supervisor communicates with appropriate departments to address any instances of illegal conduct, procedural non-compliance, or safety/security breaches, documents personnel issues, and maintains good rapport and communication with the Surveillance Manager. They will also perform all other duties as assigned.
