We are seeking a Surveillance Shift Manager, who will be responsible for observing, monitoring and recording all activity captured on casino surveillance cameras. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of lead or supervisory experience in Surveillance. Requirements

Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among personnel.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Adherence to Code of Conduct and all Calder Casino policies and procedures.
Maintain and promote our business strategy of Clean, Safe, Compliant, Engagement, Service, and EBITDA.
Maintain an open door policy for surveillance Team Members to allow open communication.
Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the position.
High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.

Nice To Haves

Preferred at least 4 years of surveillance experience.
Preferred at least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

Effectively and efficiently reviews all cameras as well as recording decks to analyze video and determine the validity of reports and/or investigative reviews.
Submits written reports specifying investigative results as well as reports indicating occurrences where company procedures are broken or altered.
Maintains a daily log describing incidences/occurrences to keep other management personnel updated and advised of company and departmental incidences/occurrences.
Maintains storage of media reviewed for investigative results and photographical purposes.
Acts as a liaison person with internal departments as well as external state agencies such as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), the Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC), and local law enforcement.
Effectively supervises surveillance operators.
Other duties as assigned.
