Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Surveillance Officer to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York . Requirements

Minimum of 1 year related experience
Able to obtain and maintain state gaming license
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage crowds effectively
Computer skills including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, routine database activity, and record keeping
Basic knowledge and/or training in investigations
No high school diploma or GED required
Ability to hear and speak to communicate on two-way radio
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Work environment may consist of a dark area viewing video monitors for entire shift
Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

Enforce State Video Lottery regulations and ensure compliance
Monitor gaming room floor and cash operations for procedural violations and illegal activity
Utilize audio and video equipment to observe business operations and write timely reports on any violations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of camera locations, view angles, and ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment
Monitor facility intrusion and panic alarms, reporting any deficiencies promptly
