Job Summary: As a Surveillance Officer, you will monitor the overall operations of Surveillance on their assigned shifts, via a CCTV monitoring system. Utilizing this equipment to protect the property, guests, employees and all assets. This position's wage is $16.50.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all members.
Monitors table games and electronic gaming device activities.
Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.
Monitors all non-gaming procedures
Knowledge of the overall casino operations.
Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
Knowledge of all promotions and events.
All other duties as assigned.
