About The Position

As a Surveillance Assistant Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of the surveillance department, playing a crucial role in maintaining the security and compliance of our vibrant casino. Your keen eye and alertness will help detect suspicious activity and procedural violations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
• Must possess at least 1 year of prior relevant experience within gaming and/or surveillance or similar such as loss prevention
• Must be available to work 11pm-7am including weekends and holidays
• Is flexible with rotating or extended schedules
• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Has prior experience working in a similar resort environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance feeds to detect any suspicious activity or procedural errors, communicating findings to management and relevant departments
• Oversee shift operations, maintaining schedules and supervising Operators and Lead Operators to ensure thorough documentation of incidents
• Report equipment repairs, maintain video file evidence, and monitor various areas
• Foster team development by assisting with training and development, creating methods to educate staff on gaming procedures and regulations
• Partner closely with the Gaming Control Board and other agencies, while maintaining strict confidentiality on all property-related matters
