About The Position

Under the direction of the Surveillance Lead Analyst, the Surveillance Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the gaming operations through effective CCTV monitoring and investigation of the facilities’ activities on a per-shift basis. Notify Surveillance management of non-compliance with regulations, internal controls, and rules of the games, as well as when integrity of assets is compromised. Document violations and remedial measures taken. Cooperate with Operations when Surveillance coverage is required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient at writing complete, accurate, and grammatically correct reports.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a gaming environment, or a combination of Security, Law Enforcement, or surveillance environment.
• Ability to navigate Windows and other Microsoft Office programs without assistance.
• Proven knowledge of surveillance equipment.
• Prior casino, loss prevention, security clerical, or technical support related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years of criminal justice, technology related education, or military experience. formal schooling or military experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of (1) year of casino surveillance experience. Prior Gaming Surveillance experience.
• Able to work Days/Swings/Graves shifts and flexible to work weekends and/or holidays.
