Responsibilities include: Preparing ORs and surgical instruments Assisting with gowning, gloving, and sterile technique Passing instruments and assisting during procedures Handling specimens and applying dressings Maintaining a clean, safe, and aseptic environment Supporting patient prep, positioning, and transport Your title and pay will reflect your experience, with room to grow. 🎯 Ready to make a difference in pediatric surgical care? Requirements

  • Completion of a formal Surgical Technology program (college, vocational school, university, hospital, or military).
  • or prior employment as a Surgical Technologist before December 28, 2020.
  • or completion of an accredited military training program.
  • or current certification from a nationally recognized credentialing organization.
  • 0–2 years of experience required for entry-level Surgical Technologist.
  • Recent graduates from accredited programs are encouraged to apply!
  • Certified individuals must meet credentialing body requirements.
  • Non-certified individuals must complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years.
  • CPR (AHA standards within 30 days of hire), Act 33 Child Clearance, Act 34 Criminal Clearance, Act 73 FBI Clearance, Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in surgical specialties such as: General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Plastics & Reconstructive, OB/GYN, Thoracic, Ophthalmic, Neurosurgery, Organ Procurement, and Endoscopic settings.
