Position Summary: As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a key role in the operating room, supporting surgeons and nurses in delivering exceptional care. You’ll prepare sterile instruments, maintain a safe environment, and ensure everything is ready for successful procedures. Requirements

• NBSTA Certification, or eligible to obtain within 90 days of hire
• High School diploma and completion of accredited Surgical Tech program
• CPR certification or able to obtain within 60 days

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of surgical tech experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain sterile fields for surgery
• Pass instruments, anticipate surgeon needs, and handle specimens
• Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts
• Clean OR post-procedure and prepare tools for sterilization
