Requirements

• Candidates must have strong experience in: Cardiac Neuro Thoracic Orthopedic Vascular
• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) — required at the time of submission
• Minimum [Insert years] experience as a Surgical Tech in an acute care OR setting
• Current BLS (AHA)
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Willingness to take on-call shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures
• Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure proper instrumentation is available
• Assist with setup, turnover, and equipment troubleshooting
• Follow all facility, state, and federal guidelines for safety and compliance
• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Participate in on-call rotations as required
