About The Position
Burnett Medical Center is hiring a surgical technologist to assist in our surgery department. SHIFT & HOURS: 0.6 to 0.8 FTE (48-64 hours per pay period). Days, includes call. This position is benefit eligible including PTO, medical, dental, vision, employer-paid life insurance, employer-paid short-term disability and up to a 3% match in our 401k retirement plan.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program.
- CST certification required.
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- BLS required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous OR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Scrub for surgical cases.
- Assist with stocking
- Pick cases
- Assist with sterile processing as needed.
