About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Tier 3 Surgical Technologist to join a leading Level I Trauma Center. As a senior-level OR Tech, you will serve as a key resource in the operating room, supporting complex and high-risk procedures across multiple specialties, including vascular, robotic, neuro/spine, burn, and joint surgeries. This role also provides mentorship opportunities for junior staff and contributes to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of OR Tech experience with endovascular/wire procedures in a hybrid room. Two years of prior experience in a similar facility of comparable size and complexity.
• Tier 3 Proficiency: Competent to lead in Robotic, Total Joint, Neuro/Spine, Burn, and Vascular surgeries.
• Education & Certification: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Required: CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) upon hire. BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of start.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Expert Surgical Support: Serve as the lead scrub for complex procedures, anticipating the surgeon’s needs with precision.
• Advanced Technical Skills: Confidently operate in a vascular hybrid room, proficient in wire techniques and endovascular procedures.
• Versatile Scrub Roles: Function as first or second scrub for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Sterile Field Vigilance: Maintain strict sterile field protocols and ensure optimal patient care during surgeries.
• Mentorship: Support team development through guidance on equipment, supplies, and surgical best practices.
