Requirements
- Certified Surgical Technologist, Certified First Assistant, or RNFA (must be willing and able to scrub)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operating room setting
- Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Team-oriented with a no-task-too-small mindset
- Ability to work seamlessly between OR and clinic environments
