We are looking to hire a Surgical Technician, CST As a Surgical Technician, CST at MercyOne, you will function in the scrub role during intraoperative patient care, doing so as a delegated technical function under the direct supervision of the perioperative Registered Nurse. The provision of care is consistent through adherence to standards and support of the philosophies of Genesis Medical Center. Position Title: Surgical Technician, CST Department: Birth Center Schedule: Full Time .9 (36 hours per week) Shift; Nights Rotating Holidays General Requirements Licensures/Registration CST-Certified Surgical Technologist preferred but required within 18 months of hire if working in Illinois. Special Training: Basic Life Support No experience required. Requirements

Basic Life Support
Associate's degree or satisfactory completion of a military course in surgical technology
CST-Certified Surgical Technologist preferred but required within 18 months of hire if working in Illinois
