About The Position

The Surgical Services Operations Analyst will have accountability for the management and direction of the financial and business activities of surgical services for the market. Responsibilities include billing/revenue generation, financial and statistical analysis, strategic planning, scheduling, and ensuring all financial goals of the department align. Collaborates and coordinates activities with finance, surgical services leadership, medical staff, and other key stakeholders. Manages operations of surgical services supply chain as it correlates to patient billing workflow, value analysis, and cost per case analytics. Responsible for business development, surgical services improvement projects, collect/interpret data, and evaluate various workflows making appropriate recommendations to positively impact operational efficiencies, finances and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field is required. High School Diploma plus 5 years healthcare experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience in healthcare or surgical/procedural services operations is required.
