About The Position
Manage perioperative nursing for a high volume OR platform near Grand Prairie. Drive safe throughput, physician engagement, team development, and continuous improvement across OR, Preop, PACU, and PAT.
Requirements
- 2 plus years of acute OR leadership
- 5 plus years staff level OR RN
- BSN
- Texas RN or compact license
- BLS required

- CNOR preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily OR operations and on time starts
- Lead performance improvement with data driven results
- Build strong surgeon and anesthesia partnerships
- Optimize staffing models and productivity
- Mentor RNs, CNs, and new leaders
