Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) is a full-service hospital with 318+ patient beds. Our hospital is the largest medical facility in the region. We serve southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana. Our facility has an ER, a Level II Trauma Center, a Level 1 ICU (one of two in Idaho), and the only Burn Center in the state of Idaho. We have the region's only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for critically ill children. Our 74-bed Behavioral Health Center offers inpatient and outpatient mental health care for adolescents and adults. Requirements

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
Certificate must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date

Responsibilities

Preparing and stocking operating room with the right supplies, equipment, and fluids to ensure every procedure can start smoothly
Transporting and transferring patients safely, verifying their identity, and following protocols for those with special needs or medical equipment
Assisting with cleaning and turning over operating rooms between cases and at the end of the day to maintain a safe, sterile environment
Monitoring equipment for potential issues and promptly reporting concerns to support smooth, safe surgical operations
Maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the surgical suite, including hallways, supply areas, and common spaces, to help protect every patient
