About The Position
This position will assist with cleaning, preparing, storing, distributing, and maintaining various supplies, equipment and instruments to assure efficiency and patient safety in the operating room under the supervision and direction of the Circulator RN and Scrub Position Staff member.
Requirements
- Graduate of (or a student in good standing at) an accredited school of Surgical Technology or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of OR instruments, equipment and procedures
- BLS
Responsibilities
- Holds retractors as directed by the surgical team.
- Assist with cleaning, preparing, storing, distributing, and maintaining various supplies, equipment and instruments
