Our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute seek to hire a Surgical Oncologist with a focus on Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) who will contribute their skills in growing and developing our Surgical Oncology Program at our main campus in Duarte, California. Requirements
- Experience as a surgical oncologist with excellent clinical skills and evidence of the ability and desire to build a practice and think programmatically
- Be well versed in the state of cancer care and the latest research and innovations
- Academic record consistent with appointment as an Assistant to Associate level Professor
- The ideal candidate must participate in clinical research and conduct clinical trials
- Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree, fellowship trained, and Board certified/eligible
- The selected candidate for the position must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in an academic medical center or specialty cancer center that delivers both clinical and translational research to patients diagnosed with cancer is desirable
