About The Position

The Data Analyst works with Surgical Services leadership to ensure that all software systems are running properly. This position will also aid the department and organization by creating informative reports, monitoring statistical performance measures, and making recommendations on ways to improve as an organization. A high level of analytical reasoning is required for the position as well as an ability to communicate effectively to various departments and positions throughout the organization.

Requirements

Bachelors in a Related Field
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
Ability to write effective documentation on processes and procedures.
Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

Prior hospital operations experience
