Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of administrative/clerical experience and/or training.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple priorities and interruptions.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a high standard for quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and carriers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, accurate client service for surety accounts, including answering questions on bonds, coverages, and billing.
  • Process new and renewal bonds in the Agency Management System, verifying data and reviewing for accuracy.
  • Support Client Managers and Client Executives with project assistance, correspondence, and carrier inquiries.
  • Send invoices for agency billed bonds and assist in reviewing aged accounts receivable.
  • Review and monitor daily follow-up activities to keep client files current and accurate.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procedures that improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized, accurate client files in Epic and uphold M3's customer service standards.
