Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year of administrative/clerical experience and/or training.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple priorities and interruptions.
Customer-oriented mindset with a high standard for quality and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and carriers.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive, accurate client service for surety accounts, including answering questions on bonds, coverages, and billing.
Process new and renewal bonds in the Agency Management System, verifying data and reviewing for accuracy.
Support Client Managers and Client Executives with project assistance, correspondence, and carrier inquiries.
Send invoices for agency billed bonds and assist in reviewing aged accounts receivable.
Review and monitor daily follow-up activities to keep client files current and accurate.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procedures that improve workflow and efficiency.
Maintain organized, accurate client files in Epic and uphold M3's customer service standards.
