About Suretegrity: Suretegrity is an exciting part of Acrisure. It’s one of the only online bond stores that allows the end user to apply, purchase and download original bond documents typically in minutes. Suretegrity holds licenses in all fifty states with thousands of bond offerings supporting a large variety of professions across the country. Job Summary: The Account Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day support of Suretegrity. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing prompt customer support by facilitating online purchases, providing accurate bond documents, processing bond riders, and addressing system related issues. This position is also responsible for processing bond renewals and assisting in ongoing projects. This is an hourly position which will require keeping an accurate timecard and consistently meeting 40 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Professional deminer with a strong work ethic
  • Proven record of providing excellent customer service
  • Able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to work independently and manage workflow
  • Able to work 100% in office, Monday - Friday, 40 hour work week
  • High School Diploma, College Experience preferred
  • 2 - 3yrs office experience within similar industry
  • FL 4-40 customer representative license or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Promptly response to all customer inquiries by phone or email
  • Processes payments and provide bond documents
  • Maintains accurate account files and diary notes
  • Monitors Renewal Review queue
  • Ensures bond form library is up to date
  • Maps new bond forms with proper overlay fields
  • Assists in reconciling carrier statements as well as ongoing projects
