How you'll make an impact Manage and maintain a book of business consisting of surety bonds, including Payment, Performance, License, and Permit bonds. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their bonding needs are met with tailored solutions. Collaborate with underwriters to secure approvals for new and existing bonds. Handle the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of surety bonds in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor and manage direct bill accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving billing discrepancies. (Missed Expirations Report Management) Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering proactive support. Assist in the placement of new business bonds for existing and prospective accounts. Utilize EPIC or other agency management systems to maintain accurate client records, process transactions, and track bond activity. Support the team in identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products and services. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to surety bonds. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1 year Surety experience required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience
