Alera Group is looking for a Account Manager - Surety to support our Northwest Bond Team. Requirements
- Resident State Agent license (or ability to obtain one within 2 months)
- Surety/insurance experience required
- Valid driver’s license

- College degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Process surety bond requests by preparing carrier submissions and reviewing contract and commercial bond documentation in compliance with company standards
- Analyze client underwriting materials, including applications, financials, and work-in-progress reports
- Communicate and follow up promptly with clients, carriers, producers, and peers while managing and prioritizing workload
- Maintain current knowledge of carrier underwriting requirements and build strong working relationships
- Update and maintain accurate records in Erlon, Sagitta, and ImageRight; complete training and other duties as assigned
